Yesterday was a special day in many ways – so many people attacking the WOD’s from beginning to end. On a side note, we have been noticing a lot of you spending extra time on different skills and we can only say – “PLEASE KEEP IT UP CHALLENGE YOURSELF – IT WILL PAY OFF!!!! “THE BODY ACHIEVE WHAT THE MIND BELIEVES”!!!!
