The CrossFit Open !!


The CrossFit Open is the first leg to the CrossFit Games and consists of one workout per week for five weeks. In the upcoming weeks we will be re-testing Open WODs from previous years to prepare and get in the Open groove.  Some days we will partner up and judge each other, so you are familiar with the process. When the Open officially starts on Feb. 23, 2017 we will be completing these workouts in classes as the Workout Of the Day (WOD).  There is no reason for you not to sign up , as you will be attending class anyways, right??


Why do I need to sign up? you may ask – The Open is FUN!! It is designed so you push yourself to your limits, see how you improve year-to-year and find out the areas where you could use some improvement, making your training more focused in the next coming year.  In addition, if a wheelhouse WOD comes up and you rock it, your score will be contributed to the team and can help Team CrossFit Frenzy to Regionals this year!!!


How to sign up?

Signing up is easy! Every year, we have a great community participation in the Open. We hope to make this year the best yet!!! Follow these steps below and get yourself registered to help send CrossFit Frenzy to Regionals!!
