3-Position Snatch (floor, above the knee, High Hang)

Take 15 min and build to a heavy complex

Advanced athletes take to a full Squat
Intermediate athletes work on set up positions finishing in power snatch
Beginner athletes – work from above knee and high hang finishing on a power snatch




HSPU (sub – wall climbs)

take 8 min and complete as many sets of 5-6 reps as possible resting as needed. Work on efficiency doing strict and/or kipping. Wall Climbs work on control up & down




EMOTM for 10 min of:


TTB (sub – V-ups)
KBS for the reminder of each min
