FRENZY ATHLETES EXCUSE US FOR THE CONFUSION… – WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A WOD ON FRIDAY JULY 5TH. WE WILL HAVE OPEN GYM FROM 9AM TO 11 AM. THERE WILL BE A WOD POSTED ON THE BOARD. COME IN AND HIT IT OR DO ONE YOU MISSED THIS WEEK.
