EMOTM for 20 min

Clean and Jerk x 3 reps + 3 Lateral Squat Jump Over BB

Use 70-80% of 1-RM Jerk. If you are new to us build to a load you can move w proper mechanics.

Jumping Lunges x 20 reps (L+R = 1 rep)
15 Push Ups (games)
10 Pull Ups (CTB)
200 m Run
