In Teams of 3:
15 min AMRAP
200 m Run
Plank Hold ( for every second you break from Plank subtract 1 rep)
Max reps of KBS (55/35)
While athlete “A” completes the 200 meter run, athlete “B” is holding in Plank (elbows and toes), athlete “C” is doing KBS. The Runner will tag the KBS Athlete and will take over doing KBS. Once tagged, the KBS Athlete will tag the Plank Hold Athlete. The Plank Hold athlete will then complete a 200 meter run.
***Score is total number of KBS for the team.
AFTER PARTY
Dips (rings, stationary, box)
3 x 12 reps – take :75 sec rest
Stretch calves, hams, shoulders for the reminder of the hour…
