5 @ 70%

3 @ 80%

1 @ 90%

3-3-3 @ 85%

 

then…

 

5 Rounds of:

 

Strict Pull Ups x 8-10 reps  NO KIP, NO SWING!!!

rest :60 sec

Single Leg Squat x 8 reps (ea. leg)

rest :60 sec

Rx – weighted strict pull ups/BB Back Rack – add weight if feel good

L2 – Pull Ups/DB or KB as heavy as possible

L1 – Band Pull Ups/Body Weight
