How often do you crossfit?
I love to be in the “box” 6 days a week. One of those days may be active recovery and I take Sundays off.
What is your fitness background?
I swam and played water polo in high school and junior college. I completed my last 2 years of swimming at CSU Bakersfield. After I completed my eligibility to swim on the team at CSUB, I started swimming with the Masters group that Rago was coaching.
What are your strengths?
My mental game prior and during WODs.
What are your weaknesses?
Being afraid to fail.
What are your crossfit goals?
2014 So Cal Regionals!!
What is your favorite WOD?
I enjoy the longer WODs..
Any supplements/vitamins/foods you swear by?
No, but I do love a nice big cup of coffee before any morning WODs. I try to eat as paleo as I can, especially on days I workout. Sunday becomes a problem.
Who/What inspires you?
My Fiancee Aaron inspires me. He is always encouraging me to be the best I can be.
What is your #1 fitness tip?
The one thing I am obsessed with telling myself during a hard WOD is “trust yourself”
