CrossFit is a workout that is the combination of olympic lifting and body weight movements, it is good for cardio and strength, and once you start I promise you wouldn’t want to stop. I have become stronger and all around more fit. I am able to work 12 hour shifts at work, go to school full time, and attend CFF 6 days a week without feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. I feel more energized and more confident than I have ever felt before.
