In addition to the classic CrossFit workouts, CF Frenzy wanted to make an impact in the health and fitness of local youth, to do so, they decided to donate the money raised at the event to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County.

“Promoting fitness at an early age promotes a lifetime of health and wellness,” says Angie Guijarro, CrossFit Frenzy owner. “Our future is our youth. Let’s have a healthier tomorrow!”

The event raised $2,598.44 for the Boys and Girls Clubs. Included a $500 donation from Bolthouse Farms. “We were honored to have the support we did for this event,” Angie said. “CrossFit is a growing sport and being able to share our passion in the form of a donation to Boys and Girls Clubs is special to us.”
