Attention Frenzy Athletes OLD and NEW:

CrossFit Frenzy has teamed up with Whole9, specialists in the field of nutrition and a respected authority in the health and fitness community, to provide our members with a comprehensive nutritional program designed to make you the healthiest you’ve ever been.

We are excited to start 2015 off right! If you are interested in our new nutritional program (we will be providing those who attend with Whole9 nutritional guides). We are having a meeting on January 15th at 7pm. We will go over the program, as well as, talk about using our new program to get a Frenzy Fresh Start. Hope to see you all there!
